From the first idea to the finished component, we combine modeling, material selection, FDM and SLA printing as well as the appropriate post-processing in a coordinated project sequence.

FDM-3D printing

In the Fused Deposition Modeling process we manufacture functional components, prototypes, housings, Replacement parts and small series. Print sizes up to about 80 × 40 × 60 cm are possible; larger projects are meaningfully segmented after technical testing.

Material and version are determined based on temperature, load, surface, weather, tolerances and budget. Adequacy or safety assurances only apply if they are expressly confirmed in the offer.

SLA-3D printing

SLA is suitable for fine details and high-quality surfaces. Individual parts are possible up to about 218,88 × 122,88 × 220 mm. Larger models can be structurally divided and, depending on the use, joined with a suitable connection technology.

The process chain includes support strategy, washing and final UV re-curing. Grinding, primer and painting can be agreed separately.

Technical modelling

We create or revise technical 3D models based on drawings, dimensions, photos or existing components. The benchmark is 125 € per hour. Before commencement, the scope of services, assumptions, required customer data, correction loops, price or calculation basis and expected time frame are recorded in an individual offer.

3DOrder remains responsible for the contractual design and manufacturing as well as for mandatory product and performance obligations. The client must fully communicate the intended use, loads, temperatures, installation conditions and other known requirements and release agreed intermediate positions. Mandatory warranty, product safety and liability rights are not restricted by a release.

Artistic Modeling

For individual decoration, gifts, figures and custom designs, we develop models based on coordinated templates. The indicative value is 75 € per hour. Rights of use, permissible templates, correction loops and the transfer of files are defined in the offer. An STL, CAD or source file is only owed if it is expressly the object of the contract.

Replacement parts

Components that are no longer available can be reconstructed on the basis of an original, a dimensioned drawing or suitable photos. Brand and model designations are only used to describe compatibility. Safety-critical, electrical, pressure-carrying, medical, vehicle or food applications will only be taken over if the intended use can be disclosed in advance and the necessary suitability, testing or certification can be agreed in writing.

Enquiry, offer and project start

1. Submit template, dimensions, application description and known loads.
2. Match feasibility, material, test requirements, delivery time and costs.
3. Receive an individual offer and expressly accept it.
4. Once the project has been approved, the agreed performance begins.

The service items in the shop are non-binding overviews and not directly for the price of 0 €. A contract is only created through an individual offer and its acceptance.

Special request at the beginning within the withdrawal period

For consumers, 3DOrder starts by default only after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. If an earlier start is desired, the following statement will be obtained separately from the offer and documented:

“I expressly request that 3DOrder commence the commissioned service before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. I am aware that I will lose my right of withdrawal in the event of full performance of the contract and may owe a reasonable amount in the event of a previous withdrawal for the part of the service provided until then in accordance with the contract.

Without this separate declaration, there will be no early start of service. For digital content, if it is expressly the subject of the contract, its own consent is obtained for the early start of provision.
