Right of withdrawal or withdrawal for consumers
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
For goods, the period begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party not designated by him as carrier has taken possession of the goods. In the case of several goods from a single order, which are delivered separately, it begins with receipt of the last goods; in the case of one goods in several partial shipments with receipt of the last partial shipment. In the case of Services, the deadline begins with the day of the contractabslus.

The declaration can be made by e-mail or post. To comply with the deadline, it is sufficient that the notification is sent before the withdrawal period expires.
Submit online
Send cancellation, return or withdrawal online
After registering with the e-mail address used during the ordering process, the declaration can be transmitted online. After sending, a confirmation of receipt will be sent by e-mail. The use of this online access is voluntary; a clear statement by e-mail or post remains equally effective.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, 3DOrder will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered, immediately and at the latest within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal declaration. Additional costs incurred by the choice of a standard delivery other than the cheapest one will not be refunded. In principle, the same means of payment as in the original payment is used for the repayment, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; no fees are charged for this.
In the case of goods, reimbursement may be refused until the goods have been returned or the consumer has provided proof of return, whichever is the earlier date.
Returns and costs
The goods must be returned or handed over immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date of submission of the withdrawal declaration to 3DOrder – Wolfgang Reindl, Hocheck 23, 4891 Pöndorf, Austria. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the expiry of the 14 days. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning. For the exercise of the legal right of withdrawal, no processing or restocking fee will be charged.
In case of defective or incorrectly delivered goods, 3DOrder shall bear the required return shipping costs. In this case, please contact us before returning mail@3dorder.at. The statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
The consumer must only pay for a loss of value if this is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal requirements (Section 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG). At 3DOrder, this applies in particular to individual sizes, customer files, names, texts or logos as well as constructions and motifs created specifically for the customer. Such an exclusion is indicated on the respective product page before placing the order.
The mere manufacture of an unchanged standard item only after receipt of the order ("Print on Demand") does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal. The same applies in principle to the selection of standard colours, standard sizes or standard motifs offered regularly.
Services and digital content
In the case of a service, 3DOrder only starts before the end of the withdrawal period at the express request of the consumer. In the event of withdrawal after this requested early start, a reasonable amount shall be paid for the share rendered up until then. The right of withdrawal shall expire upon full performance only if the consumer has expressly consented to the early start and confirmed his knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
In the case of digital content not provided on a physical medium, such as explicitly sold STL or CAD files, the provision only begins before the end of the withdrawal period after explicit consent and confirmation of the knowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost at the beginning of the provision. An STL file is not sold with regular print on demand goods.
