Print on Demand and delivery time
Our products are predominantly manufactured only after receipt of the order (“Print on Demand”). For production and shipping from Austria, production takes 2 business days after payment and receipt of all customer details required for manufacturing. Austrian Post standard shipping time for the destination country is added to this; see the table below. Working days are Monday to Friday, except for public holidays at the 3DOrder headquarters.
The relevant delivery time for an item is determined by the respective product page, the individual offer or the display in the checkout. For elaborate, personalised, larger or made in several work steps, it can be longer. If no deviating period is stated binding, delivery shall be made at the latest within the statutory period of 30 days.
United States and Canada – production and shipping by Printie
United States: Physical orders for delivery to the United States are fulfilled exclusively through dropshipping by our production and shipping partner Printie. They are manufactured in the United States and shipped directly from there to your delivery address. These orders are not shipped from Austria. 3DOrder remains your seller and point of contact.
Canada: Orders fulfilled through Printie are manufactured in the United States and shipped from there to Canada. This is a cross-border shipment.
For Printie orders, delivery time consists of production time followed by carrier transit time. The Austrian production times and Austrian Post transit estimates do not apply to these orders. Please refer to the relevant product page, individual quotation or checkout for the applicable times. Express shipping only shortens transit time where that service is available for your order.
There is no general free-shipping threshold for the United States or Canada. Available shipping services and the final shipping charge are displayed at checkout before you place your order. If no shipping service is available for your cart or delivery address, please contact mail@3dorder.at before ordering.
If there is a delay, we will inform you of the revised estimated date. If a US order cannot ship within the promised shipping period, we will offer the choice of agreeing to the delay or cancelling for a prompt refund of the payment for the unshipped items, including their associated shipping charges. If required consent is not received, we will cancel and refund the affected part of the order. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Standard shipping times from Austria by destination
The following estimates apply to Austrian Post standard parcels shipped from Austria, after handover to the carrier. For the United States and Canada, please see the Printie information above. All figures are business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). The total includes 2 business days for production after payment and receipt of all required details.

Shipping times are average estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, local import procedures, public holidays and deliveries to islands or remote areas may take additional time. Current shipping availability and services are shown at checkout. Express shipping, where available, has its own transit time and does not shorten production. Individually agreed production times take precedence.

Shipping areas and shipping costs
Delivered exclusively to the countries and regions selected in the checkout. The available shipping method and the final shipping costs will be displayed before placing the order.
- Austria: free standard shipping from 50 € value of goods.
- Unlocked EU countries: free standard shipping from 90 € value of goods.
- Other countries: Shipping costs and a possible free limit are displayed in the checkout.
Cross-border shipments, including shipments from the United States to Canada or from Austria to a country outside the European Union, may be subject to import duties, customs duties or local taxes. Unless expressly collected at checkout, these charges are payable by the recipient. US orders manufactured and shipped by Printie in the United States are not dispatched from Austria.
Partial deliveries and shipping information
Partial deliveries are only made insofar as they are reasonable to the customer. This does not incur any additional shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed before the conclusion of the contract. Once a shipment tracking is available, it will be sent by email.
Danger and transport damage
In the case of consumers, the risk of loss or damage only passes on when the goods are handed over to the consumer or a third party determined by him. Please document visible transport damage as soon as possible and report it mail@3dorder.at. The absence of a notification does not affect legal rights.
